Manage Your Stress
So as many of you reading this will already know, we have 3 exams over the next week or so. We have one on 9/29, 10/1, and 10/6. It has been stressful to say the least to try to prepare for these exams. To my fellow students, assure you are managing your stress appropriately. Here are some tips: - Remember we are all in this together, and your professors are there to help. - Do your best to keep a positive attitude. - Practice acceptance, and accept that the timing of the exams is out of your control - Try exercising to work off the stress and give yourself a break from studying. - Set limits for yourself. Make sure your limits are reasonable, and still give yourself time to study. - Set goals for yourself, but make sure they are attainable. - Try to get enough sleep. - Seek out help from friends. - Stay away from drugs and alcohol.
